Only now it gets a lot more interesting.

Minnesota Democrats Exposed is promising to track down the candidates:

The list of DFLers who are interested in running for Dayton's seat is growing larger by the minute.

MDE also notes that in Dayton's official statement declining to seek re-election, he announced that he is also withdrawing his endorsement of Saint Paul Mayor, Randy Kelly.

I’ve also informed Mayor Randy Kelly that I must withdraw my support from his re-election committee.

No reason for this was given in the statement.
